HOW WE CAN HELP
Site Meeting
The first thing to do, without cost or obligation to yourself, is to arrange a site meeting to establish the location and extent of your site and discuss exactly what parking problems exist and how Bristol Parking Services Ltd can help.
Bespoke Service
Bristol Parking Services Ltd offers a flexible service, able to adapt to the particular parking problems of your site. After establishing your requirements precisely, we draw up a written agreement and once approved, operate strictly to that mandate so you can be sure that you get exactly the service you require.
Signs
In order to operate Bristol Parking Services Ltd will have to put up signs on your site making it clear that it is private property and explaining how and by whom the parking should be used together with the penalty for not complying. This goes some way to reduce the incidence of unauthorised and inconsiderate parking although it alone would be unlikely to eliminate it completely. This is where are patrols come in.
Patrols
Bristol Parking Services Ltd Patrol Staff can visit your site regularly, at random times, as required, to look for vehicles that are not entitled to be there and others that are parked in breach of the terms previously agreed with you. We then issue what is known as a Parking Charge Notice or PCN very similar to how a Traffic Warden would on the public highway. Recent legislation has made these charges legally enforceable.
Requests
Unless your site is extremely large our patrol staff cannot be there all of the time. If anybody, day or evening, spot a vehicle on your site that shouldn't be there or parked incorrectly they can simply call the number on our signs and one of our patrol staff will swiftly attend to deal with the matter. Apart from the cost of the call there is no other charge to the caller or client for this service. As a local company we can be quick to respond to your requests.
Parking Permits
In order for our patrol staff to be able to do their job they need to be able to establish the legitimacy of parked vehicles. If you already have a parking permit scheme in place we can probably work with that. If you wish to introduce and administer your own parking permit scheme we are happy to collaborate with you. Alternatively Bristol Parking Services Ltd can provide parking permits. These usually display a specific vehicle registration and can be tailored to your needs, to include a particular parking bay number or range bays. We provide them in clear self adhesive pouches to stick on the inside of the windscreen giving the driver peace of mind that their permit is always on display. If you require we can also provide visitor or open parking permits which while not featuring a vehicle registration can display other information if needed such as: permitted space or spaces and time restrictions.
The Bottom Line
Apart from a modest set up cost there are usually no ongoing costs with the exception of Pay & Display Car Parks other charges may apply depending on the nature of the operation. Bristol Parking Services Ltd derives its income principally from payments made from the Parking Charge Notices issued.

Bristol Parking Services Ltd are able to undertake all aspects of Pay & Display parking from basic revenue protection through to complete management including set up and supply, servicing and repair of equipment. Please let us know exactly what you require.
