Bristol Parking Services LTD (BPS) will only consider appeals sent via this web page or the Royal Mail. BPS will not accept appeals over the telephone, you should submit evidence to support your web page appeal, by email, as outlined below
Appeals should be sent promptly. BPS are not required to consider appeals received more than 21 days from the day after the issue date of the PCN unless there is a justifiable reason for late submission.
Your appeal should include the reason(s) why you consider that you were not parked in contravention of the terms and conditions of parking, which can be seen on the contractual warning signs displayed on the land. You have only one opportunity to appeal to BPS about a Parking Charge Notice so it is important to include all information and evidence you wish us to consider. BPS do not enter into protracted correspondence on an appeal. All appeals are genuinely considered, by an experienced adjudicator, and the decision to accept or reject an appeal will depend on the evidence you provide.
Appeal decisions should be provided within 28 days. If you do appeal and do not hear from us within 28 days then please contact us, do not assume that your appeal has been successful.
If BPS rejects your appeal, you will be provided with details of the Independent Appeals Service (www.theIAS.org). The IAS will only consider your appeal if you have first appealed to Bristol Parking Services Ltd. Please be advised if you appeal to the Independent Appeals Service and your appeal is rejected, you will lose the right to pay at the reduced amount.
YOUR APPEAL WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF YOU COMPLETE ALL OF THE BOXES BELOW.
